Great parents are the ones who really love their kids and ask for help when they’re out of ideas or they’re not sure what to do.

Let’s make your everyday life easier so you find more peace in your life and enjoy spending time with your kids!

You’re the kind of mom or dad who truly cares and is trying hard to raise your kids to be happy, kind, confident and resilient.

But despite your best efforts, they don’t listen to you and it feels like you’re fighting the same battles day after day.

  • You’re FRUSTRATED... your kids don’t respect you and keep pushing back.

  • You’re EXHAUSTED... you’re tired of the constant tension, negotiations and arguments.

  • You’re OVERWHELMED... nothing you’ve tried is working, you don’t understand why, and it feels like you’re losing.

And, at some point, every parent wonders if we should give in and wait for them to grow out of this challenging stage.

I KNOW WHAT IT’S LIKE TO STRUGGLE AS A PARENT …

Things were pretty easy with my first daughter but, when my second was born, it was a whole different world.

My second daughter had a very different personality. She didn’t always stop and listen when I asked her to, she got upset more easily, and the sibling fighting wouldn’t stop.

My husband and I had disagreements about what to do with the kids and it really hurt me. I worried if we would ever find solutions we could agree on and would work for our family.

After a lot of work and study, I did find solutions that helped my children stop arguing and fighting, and start listening.

They were kinder and more loving with us and each other.

I started feeling like a better mom.

That is why I started this business.

As a parent coach, I help you understand the patterns with your kids that you want to change, and teach you proven ways to address them.

I bring relief, reassurance, calm, and confidence to parents like you who want a more happy, loving family.

My family struggled for a few years while we tried different parenting strategies. Sometimes, things got better for a while, but not fully. Another problem with the kids would always pop up.

One day, my daughter was arguing with me AGAIN about cleaning up her room. I was really tired and I yelled at her.

As the words were coming out of my mouth, I thought, “I can’t believe I just did that!  I feel terrible!  I’ve been promising myself for weeks that I wouldn’t yell. Why can’t I control myself?  Why won’t she listen to me?  I just can’t get this right!”

And in that very moment, I decided I’d had enough. I wanted lasting solutions and I was going to figure this out.

I leaned back on my twenty years of work experience in conflict management, leadership development, listening, counseling, and assertiveness training.

I studied child development, families and parenting.

As I put it all together and trusted what my experience had taught me about empathy and how to work with different personalities,

I developed solutions that broke the log jam and reduced the fighting and stress at home.

And, when my husband saw these new strategies were working, he jumped on board!

I was calm, my children were listening to me, and people were noticing.

Friends started asking for parenting advice and my suggestions were working for them too!

That’s when I knew I wanted to start this business.

I enrolled in an intensive training and supervision program and became a certified coach.

Here’s what I want for you:

  • To have a close, loving relationship with your kids.

  • To communicate well with your kids, understand each other better and enjoy each other more.

  • To feel calm and confident as a parent.

  • To help your kids grow up kind, confident, resilient, and making good decisions.

  • To find more peace, joy and love in your family and your life.

A little more about me …

Hi! I’m Sharon.

  • I got married at 36 and became a parent at 39.   I have two girls, ages 15 and 19.  They have very different personalities and they get along!

  • I started scuba diving and fell in love with the underwater world. I even like shark dives! But I almost didn't get my certification. I felt so uncomfortable breathing underwater, but I knew it would be more uncomfortable telling my kids I didn't finish and being teased forever. I'm so glad I kept going!

  • I love puzzles of all kinds - Jigsaw, Ken Ken, Soduku, word puzzles.  I like seeing the big picture and how all the pieces connect.  That’s exactly what I do in coaching too!

  • When I watch movies, I get totally immersed in the story and characters. I laugh, I cry, and I’m not ashamed!

  • No day is complete without a little piece of chocolate!
